We do one thing. Screeding. Properly.
WA Screeding LTD is a London-based specialist in liquid, latex, sand & cement screeds and epoxy floors. From homes in Romford to commercial sites across Greater London — we lay the flat, strong base everything else depends on.
Built on level floors and kept promises
We started with a simple idea: a floor is only as good as what's underneath it. Too many projects get delayed by cracked, uneven or slow-drying screed.
So we focused on one trade and mastered it. Modern pumps, quality materials, laser levelling and a crew that cares about the finish.
Today builders, developers and homeowners across London call us because we're fast, clean and reliable — and our 5.0 Google rating says the same.
